Studio Bookings

Studio bookings are subject to the policies outlined during the booking process, including the Just Talk Studios Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and adhering to their scheduled session time. Failure to comply with studio policies may result in termination of a session without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Just Talk Studios website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and design elements, is the property of Just Talk Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Just Talk Studios.

Client Content Responsibility

Clients retain ownership of the content they create using Just Talk Studios services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions necessary for any content, music, images, trademarks, or other materials included in their recordings or productions.

Just Talk Studios assumes no liability for copyright violations or unauthorized use of third-party materials provided by the client.

Recording & Media Consent

By participating in a recording session at Just Talk Studios, clients and their guests acknowledge and consent to being recorded via audio and/or video as part of the production process.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, releases, or consent from guests or participants appearing in their recordings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Equipment Use & Damage

Clients are responsible for the proper use of studio equipment and facilities.

Any damage to studio equipment, furniture, sets, or facilities caused by the client or their guests may result in repair or replacement costs being billed to the client.

Just Talk Studios reserves the right to pause or terminate a session if equipment is being misused or placed at risk of damage.

Assumption of Risk

Clients and their guests acknowledge that recording environments may include lighting equipment, cables, furniture, and production gear.

By entering and using the studio, clients and their guests assume reasonable risks associated with being in a production environment and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Just Talk Studios staff.

Just Talk Studios shall not be liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow studio instructions, or actions of the client or their guests.

Third-Party Platforms

Just Talk Studios may assist with uploading or publishing content to third-party platforms including but not limited to YouTube, podcast hosting services, or social media platforms.

Just Talk Studios does not control these platforms and is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, algorithm changes, upload failures, account issues, or content removals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Talk Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, lost audience reach, or business interruption resulting from the use of our website or services.

Clients use the studio, equipment, and services at their own risk.

Travel & External Expenses

Just Talk Studios is not responsible for travel costs, lodging, or other expenses incurred by clients or their guests related to scheduled studio sessions, including situations where a session must be rescheduled due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Force Majeure

Just Talk Studios shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, building issues, natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

In such situations, Just Talk Studios will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Talk Studios, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

• Content created or recorded by the client

• Client misuse of studio equipment or facilities

• Client violation of copyright, trademark, or other laws

Privacy

Your use of the Just Talk Studios website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use personal information.
