REFUND POLICY
Refund, Cancellation & Studio Policy
Studio Session Bookings
All studio bookings are non-refundable once payment has been made.
Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled session will forfeit that session. Any credit issued for missed sessions is at the sole discretion of Just Talk Studios.
Arrival & Session Timing
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled booking time.
Late arrivals do not extend the session duration, and sessions will end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other studio bookings.
Session Overage
If additional time is needed, extra studio time may be available at the discretion of Just Talk Studios.
When available, additional time may be purchased at a rate of $100 per 30-minute increment.
If another session is scheduled immediately after your booking, extending the session may not be possible.
Studio Bundles & Multi-Session Packages
Discounted bundles and multi-session packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Unused sessions within a bundle cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash value.
Post-Production & Editing Services
Once editing or post-production work has begun, fees are considered earned and are non-refundable.
Editing services typically include one revision round to address feedback. Additional revisions may be accommodated when reasonable depending on the scope of requested changes.
Studio or Equipment Issues
If a session cannot proceed due to equipment failure or an issue caused by Just Talk Studios, the client will be offered either a rescheduled session at no cost or a refund for the affected session.
Just Talk Studios is not responsible for any travel costs, lodging, or other expenses incurred by the client or their guests related to a scheduled session, including situations where a session must be rescheduled due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery & Platform Limitations
Just Talk Studios is not responsible for delays or technical issues related to third-party platforms, including YouTube, podcast hosting services, upload platforms, or internet connectivity outside our control.
Refund Processing
If a refund is issued, it will be processed either:

to the original payment method, or as studio credit, depending on the circumstances.
Content Responsibility & Client Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables provided during the editing and review process. Any feedback or revision requests should be submitted during the designated review period.

Once a final version has been approved or downloaded, it will be considered accepted as complete, and additional changes may be subject to additional editing fees.

Just Talk Studios is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or ownership of any content provided by the client for inclusion in recordings, edits, graphics, music, or published media.
