This is a dedicated podcast and interview recording studio. The space is purpose-built for audio and video recording and is not a shared creative loft or open rental space. Sessions are focused, private, and optimized for clean sound and professional results.

Yes. On-site technical support is included with every session. Our team handles studio setup, audio, and video so hosts and guests can focus on the conversation rather than the equipment.

The studio is optimized for up to four people on camera at one time. Additional attendees such as a producer or assistant may be present with advance notice, provided they do not require additional on-camera seating.

Your session time begins at the scheduled booking start time. Please plan to arrive on time so the session can run smoothly. Early arrival may not be accommodated if the studio is in use prior to your booking.

Sessions are booked in set time blocks, with a minimum booking required. This ensures adequate time for setup, recording, and wrap-up so sessions aren’t rushed and quality remains consistent.

On-site parking is available near the studio entrance. The facility is ground level, making arrival and load-in easy. The studio is conveniently located in Bellevue, with straightforward access from I-405.

You’re welcome to record solo or with guests. The studio is optimized for up to four people on camera at one time. Additional attendees such as a producer or assistant may be present with advance notice, provided they do not require on-camera seating.

Raw audio and video files are typically available shortly after your session. Files can be delivered immediately if you bring a drive, or shared digitally via Frame.io within a short turnaround window. Any additional editing or production is delivered based on the agreed scope and timeline.

Yes. Separate video files and a combined audio file can be provided upon request. Individual isolated audio tracks for each participant are not included by default. File delivery details are confirmed in advance based on your needs.

Additional editing may be requested to refine pacing, remove pauses or mistakes, add graphics or media, or tailor content for specific platforms. Editing needs vary by project and are discussed separately based on the desired outcome.

Yes. Livestreaming is supported in the studio for podcasts and video content. Livestreaming setups vary by platform and technical requirements, so details should be discussed in advance to ensure a smooth session.

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations made with 48–72 hours’ notice receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with 24–48 hours’ notice receive a 25% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed at no penalty when requested more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee to account for studio preparation and reserved time.

Please bring any show notes, talking points, or media you plan to reference during the recording. Everything needed for audio and video capture is provided in the studio. If you have specific questions or requests, we recommend messaging us in advance.
